Group voice chat vs personal calls: which one fits?

Choose group voice chat for a shared topic with hosts and listeners. Choose a private audio or video call for a one-to-one catch-up. On Vozzo, room access and calling privileges follow the options available to your account.

Group voice chat vs personal calls: which one fits?

A room starts with a topic; a call starts with an invitation.

A live audio room is built to be found — anyone can drop in, listen and take part. A personal call is the opposite: a private, invited conversation between the people who joined it, with nobody browsing in from outside.

Use a room for a music discussion where newcomers can listen. Use a group call to plan an event with people you already know. Neither format guarantees confidentiality: agree before recording or sharing anything from the conversation.

Rooms are built for browsing; calls are built for commitment.

Joining a room costs nothing — you can listen for thirty seconds and leave without ever having spoken. A call is a bigger ask: both people have agreed to give each other focused time, which makes it a better fit once a connection already exists.

A good rule of thumb: use a room to meet someone or catch a topic that interests you, and move to a call once there’s a specific person you actually want dedicated time with.

VIP unlocks the one-to-one option — know when you’ll actually use it.

Check the private audio and video calling options available to your account. A one-to-one call and a shared live room are different experiences.

It’s worth reviewing the current VIP benefits in the app before deciding whether personal calling is something you’ll use regularly enough to be worth it, rather than assuming you need it from day one.

What are Coins and Diamonds?

Short answer: Coins and Diamonds are virtual units that exist only inside Vozzo. Coins are what you use. Diamonds are what a host collects from gifts. Neither is money.

Starting a live room takes two steps: create the room, then choose how to go live. Some preparation comes first, because hosting has requirements.
