Pick a question.
These answers describe the app. Account changes happen inside the app, and this website never asks for your password or a login code.
Where do I find my account preferences?
Open Settings for the account, language, notification, privacy and support options available to you. It is the starting point for choosing how Vozzo fits your day. This guide explains where to look; changing an account preference happens in the signed-in app, rather than through a form on this website.
What can I manage in Account and Security?
Find your password, email, Google connection and device sessions together, with their current status. Review the options when you want to organise account access or check a connection. Keep your credentials private: support can help you understand an issue without receiving your password, a one-time code or a complete payment-card number.
How do I change my password?
Open Account and Security, choose Security Password and enter your current password, a new password and its confirmation. The app checks the entries before saving, and passwords stay masked while you type. If you cannot sign in, use the recovery option instead. Never put your password in a website enquiry or support email.
How do I link an email address?
Choose Bind Email in Account and Security and follow the address and verification-code steps shown for your account. Check the result in the app: entering an address or requesting a code is different from completing verification. This website does not collect verification codes or confirm that an email has been delivered.
How do I manage my Google connection?
Open the Google option in Account and Security to review the provider account and connection status. Follow the provider flow if linking is available. Linking, connected and unsuccessful attempts are different outcomes, so use the status the app shows. Do not share a Google password or approval code with support.
Where can I review my device sessions?
Open Device Management to see the sessions represented on your account and identify the device you are using now. Use the session actions the app makes available and read any confirmation before continuing. Current-device behaviour can differ from other sessions. If you see activity you do not recognise, review account access and contact support.
How do I choose a language?
Language Settings offers the app's 17 supported languages and the option to follow your phone's system setting. Arabic and Urdu use right-to-left presentation, and a change may require the restart notice shown in the app. Choose the language that helps you feel at home. Website translations are separate; this website currently publishes English content.
How do I manage blocked accounts?
Open Blacklist in the app to review blocked accounts, use search and choose an available unblock action. Blocking helps you manage unwanted contact; unblocking is a separate choice you can make later. Your account list stays inside your signed-in app. For harassment or a safety concern, use Help or the reporting information in the policies.
How do I adjust message notifications?
Open New Message Notification in Settings and find the preferences you want to change. The app's alert preferences and your phone's notification permissions are separate settings. If an alert does not behave as expected, review both. You can tune the options available without changing the underlying content of your conversations.
Where can I review privacy and permission settings?
Open Privacy Settings to review the controls available to your account and the device-permission entries shown there. Choose the supported profile and social preferences that suit you, and review phone permissions separately when directed to system settings. The app Privacy Policy explains data handling; this website also has its own privacy notice.
How can I get help with Vozzo?
Open Help in the app to browse the available topics and support options, or email support@vozzo.org. Describe what happened, what you were trying to do and any relevant account or device details. Keep passwords and one-time codes out of your message. Check the contact route for your issue; this website does not promise a response time.
Keep exploring.
