Eligibility

Vozzo is for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, barred by law, or previously removed by Vozzo, you must not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including messages, live streams, gifts, recharges, device sessions, and any activity by someone who uses your login.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, follow Vozzo verification requests, and not impersonate others, sell accounts, share access, or bypass platform restrictions.

Limited platform license

Vozzo grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the app only for personal, lawful, and policy-compliant use.

Vozzo may revoke or limit this license at any time for rule enforcement, risk management, fraud prevention, security, operational needs, or any reason allowed by law.

Content and behavior

You are responsible for anything you post, stream, send, upload, show, say, gift, or otherwise make available on Vozzo.

By submitting content, you grant Vozzo a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, distribute, moderate, translate, analyze, and use that content for platform operation, safety, promotion, enforcement, and legal compliance.

Virtual items and rewards

Virtual coins, diamonds, gifts, rewards, levels, and other digital items are platform features only. They are not money, stored value, securities, deposits, or property, and they cannot be redeemed for cash except where Vozzo expressly offers and approves a separate payout program.

Purchases, rewards, bonuses, gifts, and virtual balances may be corrected, limited, expired, reversed, or removed if there is error, abuse, suspected fraud, chargeback, policy violation, account restriction, or legal/operational need.

Vozzo records are the authoritative records for virtual balances, gifts, rewards, levels, recharge delivery, moderation state, and account actions.

Vozzo platform rights

Vozzo may change, suspend, discontinue, test, limit, price, rename, rebalance, remove, or restrict any feature, virtual item, reward, ranking, live privilege, payment option, or content area at any time.

Vozzo may monitor, review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content, accounts, device data, payment records, and activity records to operate the platform and enforce these Terms.

Enforcement

Vozzo may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, terminate, shadow-limit, remove content, freeze balances, cancel benefits, or block devices/accounts when we believe a user violates rules or creates risk to users, partners, payment systems, or the platform.

Vozzo may cooperate with app stores, payment providers, law enforcement, regulators, and safety organizations when required or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of Vozzo.

Service disclaimers

Vozzo and all features, content, virtual items, live services, rankings, rewards, moderation tools, and payment flows are provided as is and as available.

Vozzo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific audience reach, revenue, ranking, gift volume, follower growth, visibility, compatibility, or continued availability of any feature.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vozzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, virtual items, audience, reputation, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vozzo liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Vozzo for the specific disputed transaction or feature during the period allowed by applicable law.

Your indemnity to Vozzo

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vozzo, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claim, demand, investigation, penalty, loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected to your content, your conduct, your account, your use of Vozzo, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Vozzo may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnity, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with that defense and not to settle any matter without Vozzo's prior written consent.

Intellectual property

Vozzo, including its name, logos, software, design, interfaces, artwork, virtual items, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vozzo and protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of Vozzo except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You must not remove or obscure any proprietary notice.

If you believe content on Vozzo infringes your rights, contact Vozzo support with proof of ownership and the specific content location. Vozzo may remove content and restrict repeat infringers at its discretion.

Third-party services and content

Vozzo may link to or rely on third-party services, including app stores, payment providers, hosting, and other user content. Vozzo does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their terms, their availability, or their content.

Interactions between users, including gifts, agreements, arrangements, or disputes, are between those users. Vozzo is not a party to them and has no obligation to intervene, mediate, refund, or compensate.

Termination and survival

You may stop using Vozzo at any time. Vozzo may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without notice, for rule enforcement, risk, legal requirement, or operational need.

On termination, your license to use Vozzo ends immediately and unused virtual items, balances, benefits, levels, and privileges may be forfeited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Sections covering content license, virtual items, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, disputes, and these general terms survive termination.

General terms

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

Vozzo's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Vozzo may assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part; you may not assign or transfer your account or rights without Vozzo's prior written consent.

Vozzo is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including network failure, outage, hosting or vendor failure, cyber attack, natural event, labour action, or government or regulatory action.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app policies, are the entire agreement between you and Vozzo regarding the platform and replace any prior understanding.

Disputes and platform decisions

Users must first contact Vozzo support and provide complete account, device, order, and evidence details before starting any external dispute or escalation.

Vozzo may rely on its server, ledger, payment, moderation, and security records when resolving account, recharge, gift, reward, enforcement, or content disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New York law governs these Terms and all Vozzo platform disputes, and the parties agree that claims may be heard in the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, United States of America.

Updates

We may update these Terms, features, pricing, virtual-item rules, rewards, moderation standards, and platform policies. Changes take effect when published in the app or on official Vozzo pages.
