Vozzo app policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vozzo collects, uses, preserves, and discloses information to operate, protect, moderate, and defend the Vozzo platform.
What data we collect
We may collect account details such as user ID, username, nickname, email, profile photo, device/session identifiers, and safety settings.
We may collect content and activity you submit or create on Vozzo, including chats, comments, live streams, gifts, reports, moderation appeals, and support messages.
We may collect technical, security, and transaction records such as IP address, device model, operating system, logs, recharge history, virtual-item activity, fraud signals, and crash diagnostics.
How we use data
Vozzo uses data to provide accounts, profiles, messages, live rooms, notifications, recharge records, gifts, rewards, support, safety tools, and other platform functions.
Vozzo also uses data to enforce rules, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, maintain audit records, verify transactions, comply with law, protect users, and defend Vozzo rights, property, and business interests.
Platform basis for processing
Vozzo processes information because it is necessary to provide the service, perform platform agreements, comply with legal obligations, protect vital safety interests, and pursue legitimate business and security interests.
Where consent is required, Vozzo may request it. Withdrawal of consent may limit or end access to features that depend on the related data.
Sharing and disclosure
We may share limited data with payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, analytics/security vendors, moderation vendors, professional advisers, and law-enforcement or regulatory bodies when needed.
Vozzo may preserve and disclose account, device, payment, and content records when we believe it is necessary to enforce our terms, investigate harm, protect the platform, respond to legal process, or prevent fraud.
Recharge and payment data
Recharge and purchase activity may be processed by Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or another official provider shown in the app.
Vozzo does not store full payment card details on its servers, but we may keep order IDs, receipt references, delivery state, virtual-balance changes, refund/chargeback status, and anti-fraud evidence.
Analytics, diagnostics, and security
Vozzo may use analytics, diagnostics, attribution, and abuse-prevention tools to measure app performance, detect suspicious activity, and improve user experience.
Where available, these tools are configured to limit unnecessary personal data use and support platform security and reliability.
User-generated content
Users are responsible for content they post, stream, send, upload, gift, or otherwise make available through Vozzo.
Vozzo may monitor, review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose user content and related records to enforce rules, protect users, prevent misuse, and operate the platform.
Platform protection
Vozzo may use automated systems, human review, device/session signals, transaction records, and user reports to detect risk, enforce policies, protect payment systems, and maintain platform integrity.
Vozzo may retain and compare safety, account, payment, and device information to prevent repeat abuse, ban evasion, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized access, exploitation, or other platform harm.
Vozzo records
Vozzo operational, security, payment, moderation, and ledger records may be treated as authoritative platform records for account, recharge, benefit, enforcement, and dispute decisions.
Screenshots or client-side displays may differ from server records because of cache, sync delay, fraud review, correction, reversal, or platform enforcement.
Children and minor safety
Vozzo is intended for adults only. Users under 18 must not create an account, host, stream, chat, recharge, or use platform features.
We do not knowingly allow minors to use Vozzo. Accounts suspected or confirmed to belong to minors may be restricted, removed, or reported.
We may retain and disclose limited records when needed to investigate child-safety concerns, comply with law, or protect children and the platform.
User requests
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
Vozzo may retain information when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, legitimate business records, or platform defense.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Vozzo, complete transactions, enforce rules, resolve disputes, keep audit records, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
After account deletion, some data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, financial records, moderation history, legal claims, or backup integrity.
Storage and transfer
Vozzo may store, process, transfer, and support information in countries where Vozzo, its infrastructure providers, processors, or support partners operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Limits and safeguards
Vozzo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed fully secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vozzo is not responsible for unauthorized access, loss, delay, outage, or disclosure caused by user conduct, third-party systems, force majeure, or events outside Vozzo control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when published in the app or otherwise notified by Vozzo.
