What are Coins and Diamonds?
Short answer: Coins and Diamonds are virtual units that exist only inside Vozzo. Coins are what you use. Diamonds are what a host collects from gifts. Neither is money.
What Coins are
Coins are the in-app balance on your account. People use them for in-app items such as gifts and cosmetics. A Coin package is chosen on a recharge screen in the app, where the checkout price comes from the billing catalogue at that time.
Your Coin balance is a number inside the app. It is not a bank balance and it cannot be paid out as cash.
What Diamonds are
Diamonds are collected by hosts when they receive gifts in their rooms. The app breaks them down by source: Audio, Solo, Party and platform rewards, and shows earned, converted and available totals.
Conversion follows the rules in the app. Diamonds are also a virtual unit, and the website does not claim any cash value or earnings for them.
How gifts connect them
A viewer sends a gift using Coins. The host who receives it collects Diamonds. Gift history on a profile shows the gifts a person has received as a collection, not as a dated ledger of money.
Sending a gift is always optional. Nobody should feel pressured to send one.

Packages, prices and conversion rules can change, so the app is the place to check them. Read the User Recharge Agreement before buying Coins. It is published in the app.
