Set comfortable boundaries in online conversations.
Being open to new people and keeping clear boundaries are not opposites. A few small habits keep every conversation on Vozzo respectful from the first hello.

Ask before changing the conversation.
Before moving from messages to a personal call, check whether the other person feels like talking. One-to-one audio and video calls require VIP, but having access never creates an obligation to accept.
Respect a request to change the topic, stay in chat or end the conversation. Give people in group rooms the same space to listen, speak or step away.
Use your controls when you need them.
If contact becomes unwanted, use blocking and the messaging privacy preferences available in Vozzo. You can stop responding and leave the interaction.
For support, use Help in the app or email support@vozzo.org. Describe the issue and the feature involved without sharing passwords, one-time codes or full payment details.

Short answer: Coins and Diamonds are virtual units that exist only inside Vozzo. Coins are what you use. Diamonds are what a host collects from gifts. Neither is money.
